Our Story
Jet's wasn't designed to be just another stop on Hightower Road. It was built for the kind of place where your barista knows your order, where the cocktail menu changes with the seasons, and where the lighting hits just right at golden hour.
We started as a coffee counter with big opinions about espresso. Something shifted when we realized people didn't just want a drink — they wanted a reason to stay. So we opened the bar, expanded the kitchen, and gave the whole thing a name that feels like home.
Today, Jet's is North Port's living room. The morning crowd brings their laptops and their dogs. The evening crowd brings their stories. And we're just the people pouring everything.
